Brooke Bevis, CRNP, is the founder and lead provider at Hartselle Health Co., Inc in Hartselle, Alabama. She is the primary provider patients will see, text, and build a relationship with at the practice.  

Brooke specializes in hormone optimization (BHRT), metabolic health, GLP-1 weight loss, women's wellness, and concierge primary care. Her approach is rooted in truly understanding the whole patient — their labs, their life, their goals — with the time that traditional medicine never allows. 

Brooke is a board-certified nurse practitioner and the clinical lead at Hartselle Health Co. She is trained in Botox, dermal fillers, and trigger point injections through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE) and has completed complete facial aesthetics training through Empire Medical Training, including medical-grade chemical peels, facial rejuvenation techniques, and skin-texture treatment protocols. Brooke brings a clinical eye to aesthetics, focusing on natural results, safety, and personalized treatment planning.
