She forgot to give me a card or referral for a primary care doctor that I requested. I wish I could get all my blood work and shots done at her office instead going somewhere else. She need to be aware if you get a covid shot you Show morehave to wait 14 days to get a flu or tetanus shot. She told me I can get a flu shot and I went to cvs and pharmacist told me I have to wait 14 Days. That was a waste of my time and gas money.
