I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a proud graduate of New York University. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their innate strengths. My approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and compassion — I believe healing happens within a trusting, safe, and nurturing therapeutic relationship.

I work with adults, adolescents, and children facing a variety of concerns, including mood disorders/depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. My work is trauma-informed and guided by psychodynamic principles while also being collaborative, insight-oriented, and solution-focused.

I draw from a range of modalities to meet your unique needs, always with the intention of fostering growth, resilience, and self-compassion. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can be a transformative space.
