We all go through struggles. Having someone help navigate through them is sometimes what we need to come out on the other end successfully. Julie is here to help make positive change through a multi-modal approach to counseling. She highly values the application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy And Mindfulness techniques to help people get to where they are in a happier and more fulfilled state. Additionally, she is certified in EMDR for care of trauma survivors. Julie graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from UW-Madison in 2002, and received her Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Mount Mary University in 2007. She has enjoyed working with a wide variety of clientele with various presenting issues over the past 11 years.
