I'm disappointed in the painful night to do the fact that she promised me medication and didn't give it to me and then made excuses of why she wasn't going to do it and so that makes me really disappointed in it.

She doesn't manage your pain, she just makes appointments for the real Doctors to do there job. Dr. Ho is great though.
