I came from a sports background. Over a decade of experience competing at an Olympic level in the sport of Taekwondo. But now nearing my 50s, my focus has been in emergency medicine and specifically individualized health care that caters to the individual that wants to optimize his health. Be it through diet and exercise, supplementation, but specifically through the myriad of benefits that testosterone can bestow upon the man fighting against the relentless effects of time. I have made it a passion of mine to help other men optimize their health and frankly give them their life back in regards to the quality of their relationships, exercise, or simply giving that mental clarity that has subtly eroded away throughout the years.
