After waiting over an hour for the doctors attention he was rude enough to handle a personal phone call and read a few text messages while my wife was trying to talk to him about her reason for visiting. After announcing the he didn't know we were coming in. We had made a appointment a week earlier. His office staff is rude ,uninformed and unprofessional.
