Junaina Dominic, PA-C, is an up-and-coming provider who is quickly making a name for herself at Marion Physician Associates, PA, which has locations in Downtown Ocala and Ocala West, Florida. She delivers quality care with a high level of understanding, intelligence, and a charismatic bedside manner. We are proud to introduce her as the newest member of our cardiology team. She will be filling the role of physician associate to Dr. Ram Vasudevan in both hospitals and clinic environments.
Junaina is originally from India but moved to the Ocala area with her family when she was young. She is a proud local graduate from Vanguard High, class of 2007! In 2014, Ms. Dominic graduated from the University of Central Florida (UCF) with her Master's Degree in sports and exercise science. She continued her education at Stony Brook University, where she received a second Master's Degree and her physician assistant license in 2020.
She has been blessed with a daughter and a loving husband. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and reading, all while living a healthy lifestyle.

Very pleased with my visit.
I am a new patient and found Amreen to be easy to talk to without feeling rushed.
Upon my first visit with Amreen after Chole left that office, I was in shock when she called the ambulance after she tested my blood pressure and used a EKG machine! I believe she saved me from a possible stroke or heart attack!! I am SO thankful I decided to stay at that office. Amreen and her nurse are life savers, I believe they all are. After moving here 3 years ago, they are the 3rd office I've been to, because that's how picky I am about my providers. Now, my mind is at ease, and I'm forever thankful and will continue to go to Marion Physicians Associates.
Mrs Noorani is always professional and warm. We’re so glad she’s our family professional.
She is wonderful, she's the BEST

Chloe is a wonderful ARNP. She listens, and is very understanding and caring. She will keep moving on till YOU are actually getting the correct medication(s) to improve what ales you, along with being consciously understanding of what you need to mentally prepare to improve yourself. Chloe is the best of the best. So easy to talk to and gives you the time you need vs. those who give you 5 minutes and your time started 4 minutes ago. Caring and compassionate!!
Chloe is great, she actually listens to me and we discuss what the next steps in my treatment plan will be. Several others in this office do not do this. I am not rushed through the visit and there is no judgement, just talking things out to determine what is best for me. I am so happy I was switched to see Chloe Castellano.
