Dr. Kim earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He went on to New York Medical College in Valhalla, to earn his medical degree. Dr. Kim completed a general surgery residency at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Manhattan, New York, and also a two-year gastric cancer surgery fellowship at Yonsei University College of Medicine in Seoul, Korea. He went on to complete subspecialty training at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

I’ve had regular appointments with Dr Kim for a few months now for a process I knew was going to take a while. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and personable. As for the rest of the staff, well, they could hardly be nicer. It’s been a blessing to have found Dr Kim to continue the work I need.

Dr. Kim was very patient in answering all of my questions. A pleasant visit and comforting to know I was in the best of hands possible.
Dr. Kim is wonderful. He is a great surgeon very communicative. He is very mindful and present during the exam. He explained things very well. He recommended physical therapy for me first before I had surgery and I was reluctant but it’s been helping me immensely so I appreciate his input and helping me go in the right direction for now. Thank you, Dr. Kim and thank you to his wife who supports and takes care of the practice I highly recommend Dr. Kim, his wife and his staff!!!
