I came in with concerns of some spots on my head the nurse that took me back to the room was so nice and even made me feel at ease. I’m sorry I forgot her name, then Dr. Sawyer came in looked at it . Told me the spots were benign Show morehe gave me options on treatment . I went ahead with a treatment and was in and out in no time. Everyone at the office is so nice and I would recommend them to my family and friends if they needed to get anything done or looked at .

Justin Sawyer, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who focuses on general dermatology, skin cancer detection, prevention, and treatment. He offers expert care to patients at Skin Care Specialists in North Mesa, Arizona.
Dr. Sawyer is originally from east central Illinois. After graduating valedictorian from Mattoon High School, he attended Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, where he majored in biology. He then returned to Illinois, where he received a full congressional scholarship to the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago.
After an internship in internal medicine at the University of California, Los Angeles, Dr. Sawyer moved to Arizona for his dermatology training. He has been practicing in Mesa since finishing his dermatology residency at the University of Arizona in 2002 in Tucson.
Dr. Sawyer received the highest score in the country on the American Board of Dermatology recertification exam.
At Skin Care Specialists, Dr. Sawyer enjoys helping his patients understand their skin conditions so that the best course of treatment can be selected. In his free time, he enjoys watching Duke basketball, researching diet and exercise science, and spending time with his wife and their two children.
