Thumb up as usual - overall experience. I like that I was able to have the visit as video call instead of in person, when possible, nowadays. Ah, less wasted time on the road etc. for sure plus zero $ needed to spend at all for trShow moreaveling to and from the place. She is caring, an awesome listener, have great knowledge in her line of work for sure plus go above & beyond, if needed for her patient(s). Keep up the great work. You will not be disappointed at all with her services etc. :)
Dr. Thomas has been excellent. She truly listens to all my concerns & took the time to ask thoughtful questions about my past experiences & where I see myself in the future. I appreciate how she looks at the bigger pictureShow more to develop a treatment plan. Dr. T is careful & thoughtful when it comes to prescribing & makes sure to full explain the meds purpose, risk, & potential side effects, so if they were to occur, you know how to manage them. Love the level of communication & transparency. 10/10

Justina Thomas is amazing! I myself came to see her because I can admit that I have some major issues to work through. Justina is totally helping me through this process without making me feel like something is “wrong” with me, when the world around me seems so “crazy”. I look forward to my appointments with her and feeling a little bit lighter as more of “my issues” are being “chipped” away when I leave her office.

Was suppose to call back never did no return appointment was scheduled prior to abrupt hang up and provider couldn’t seem to recall previous appointment instruction nor did she review my chart in preparation for my appointment very disappointing overall

Always prompt in taking my tele always listens and is very prompt at getting my prescriptions filled
She is an amazing provider. But also why do we have to leave reviews? There will always be bad and good reviews. Don’t measure a provider by a perception of the care received when a lot of the time people don’t know what the standard of care is/means. She is a great provider and I am happy to be seen by her.

Justine Thompson is wonderful. She listens and asks the questions that I need to be asked. I’m going through chemotherapy and have very little consistency in my life right now. When I began seeing Dr Thomas, I made an appointment in the evening and was scheduled the very next morning. Originally I was apprehensive and overwhelmed prior to meeting with Dr Thomas. My journey with her is going on approximately 6 months now, from the moment I met her on our first remote appointment, I knew I was in the right place. Dr Thomas patiently listened to me, she listened with compassion and empathy, I am so blessed to have found her 🙏
