Thumb up as usual - overall experience. I like that I was able to have the visit as video call instead of in person, when possible, nowadays. Ah, less wasted time on the road etc. for sure plus zero $ needed to spend at all for trShow moreaveling to and from the place. She is caring, an awesome listener, have great knowledge in her line of work for sure plus go above & beyond, if needed for her patient(s). Keep up the great work. You will not be disappointed at all with her services etc. :)
I scheduled my appointment with Justina after experiencing off and on anxiety for years. I was hesitant because I didn’t want to have to take anxiety medication. After a thorough exam and navigating through anxiety, depression, ocShow mored, adhd, ptsd (the list goes on as she went through everything), we decided we should target my more obvious adhd that I was mistaking for anxiety related to my lack of concentration. I’m so glad she dug deeper than face value of “anxiety” to target the real issue. 5*

Very understanding to my situation
Dr Thomas is absolutely Wonderful . I’m able to talk with her openly, freely and feel supported.
Always prompt in taking my tele always listens and is very prompt at getting my prescriptions filled
She is an amazing provider. But also why do we have to leave reviews? There will always be bad and good reviews. Don’t measure a provider by a perception of the care received when a lot of the time people don’t know what the standard of care is/means. She is a great provider and I am happy to be seen by her.

Justine Thompson is wonderful. She listens and asks the questions that I need to be asked. I’m going through chemotherapy and have very little consistency in my life right now. When I began seeing Dr Thomas, I made an appointment in the evening and was scheduled the very next morning. Originally I was apprehensive and overwhelmed prior to meeting with Dr Thomas. My journey with her is going on approximately 6 months now, from the moment I met her on our first remote appointment, I knew I was in the right place. Dr Thomas patiently listened to me, she listened with compassion and empathy, I am so blessed to have found her 🙏
