I had my initial visit to Dr. Mohonty and he was wonderful. He was probably the most thorough doctor. I have seen in a very, very long time. Jyoti Mohanty, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist practicing at Advanced Cardiovascular Consultants’ three locations in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, and Jupiter, Florida. He specializes in treating adult congenital cardiac disorders and uses his three decades of experience to provide individualized, effective care and management.
Dr. Mohanty attended medical school at the University of Delhi in New Delhi, India. He then moved to the United States to complete his residency, fellowship, and internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. There, he earned the title of chief fellow in cardiology from 1999 to 2000.
Today, Dr. Mohanty is dedicated to serving patients across the North Palm Beach County area with advanced cardiology evaluations, testing, treatments, and long-term care. He frequently treats arrhythmia, pericarditis, heart attack, heart failure, and venous conditions like varicose veins. Excellent staff, focused, efficient, attentive.
I have been with this Dr. about 12 years. Whenever I call I have never gotten a response from him. His staff is the worst. He said he never gets a message I left, therefore he could not call back. I don't know if this is personal or not. But I had some real concerns about my heart rate. I have to call my primary. This is truly sad when the staff are holding information from your doctor that is important to you. It doesn't matter who calls back just to show that they care. I find that to be a total lack of care not to mention insult to the Dr's integrity. Whenever i call about a test result there is no one to let me know if the results are back. I have to literally make an appointment to find out. All this is shamefully that the office is not on the same page. Not to mention the intake person would literally harass me that i owe $40.00 fee. I was told I cannot see the Doctor unless the fee is paid. I am so done with this environment.
