Dr. Pugar went to college at Ohio University in Athens, earning his Bachelor of Science in chemistry. Dr. Pugar is a caring and compassionate person. He is empathic and told me what needed to know for the appointment. My only suggestion is that he would have told me why he was ordering an ANA. That was not clear. Otherwise I was happy with the appointment.
