Dr. Kadie E. Leach has been an internist in the metropolitan area of Washington, DC over the last 30 years.
She graduated from medical school at the University of the West Indies which practices holistic approach to medicine and preventive approach as done in England.
She did her internal medicine residence at Prince Georges Hospital which was then an affiliate program of the University of Maryland.
On completing the residency she took the position of medical director of the emergency services of Calvert Memorial Hospital in 1983.
She worked in emergency medicine until the mid 90s where she worked in several ERs in the metropolitan area, namely Prince Georges Hospital and Trauma Center, Bowie Health Center and Patuxent Naval Emergency room.
She settled in practice in the Lanham area of Maryland in 1985.
She has been affiliated with the admissions staff of Prince Georges Hospital, Washington Hospital Center (Medstar), and Doctors Community Hospital.
She was one of the physicians providing hospice care services for Prince Georges County for three years until 2013.
Dr. Leach has been part of the teaching staff for the nurse practitioner program at Georgetown University until the present time.
She had been a past member of the review and credentials committee at Doctors Community Hospital.
Dr. Leach has developed a holistic approach to care for patients emphasizing lifestyle changes, diet and exercise for overall health of the community she serves. She thinks of health as a healthy lifestyle and creating an atmosphere to make disease only a temporary situation as much as possible.

Excellent care and service. Some patients have complained about having to wait to be seen but when they experience the first class care and service once in the room with the doctor, it’s like a distant memory. Dr. Leach’s thorough care and consideration for each patient is greatly appreciated.
I love Dr. Leach. She takes the time to listen to you and then treat you. Sometimes the conversation can go over and you have to reel her in but everything that she talks about. You can always take something from it.
Dr. Leach Shows sincere concern about your health! She will take time and listen to you than bring in her 40yrs of experience in medicine and health

My experience with Dr Leach is excellent she's an excellent doctor I went to about 50 other doctors before her that was supposed to be great doctors they could not fix the problem they pacified it Dr Leach got to the root cause and fix my stomach issue

Dr Leach is an amazing Dr. She’s very detailed and gets right to the root of any problems. She takes her time with each patient and genuinely cares for each and every last one of us. I’ll recommend Dr. Kadie Leach over any other Dr. any day.
I was very impressed with the time Dr. Leach spent with me. She asked several questions and waited for my response, very good listener. I was happy that she’s trying to get to the root of the problem and not just prescribe another medication. I would highly recommend her to others.

Dr.Leach is the best!
I had to leave without seeing the doctor because I was kept waiting in a room for my physical for over 2 hours. I had to remove my clothes, the room was very cold, I had not eaten. I finally put my clothes back on and left the room. I stopped by the receptionist And told her I was leaving. My appointment was for 9 o’clock. My name was second on the sign in sheet. I’m very disappointed in this service.
She is a compassionate individual , also a very good listener regarding your concerns and needs. She is so down to earth and very easy to talk too .What ever question you may have she is very well knowledgeable. She takes her time to explain each detail step by step. Her concern is the whole well being of each individual inside out. I thought to myself this woman is Awesome.
