I feel very lucky to have landed in Kaletha Hightower's office so soon after we moved back to OKC from Las Vegas. She diagnosed the partial blockage in my ear and did just what was needed to fix the immediate problem and then to address potential underlying infection. All of this was done with the perfect blend of astute professionalism and Oklahoma friendliness. To borrow a phrase from Las Vegas: I hit the jackpot.
