I did not have to wait a long time to check in or to be seen by Dr. Mass. The Medical Asst. informed me of each step as we were going through them. The Ultrasound technician was very experienced and did a very good job of explainiShow moreng what was going to happen. In the past I’ve had to liaise and communicate to both Dr. Mass and another physician (at another practice) which is more work for me and stressful since I’m not sure what to say. This time Dr. Mass said she was going to fax my prelim results to him which was great. However, when I checked with the other doctor’s office, the efax was received but was blank. I called and informed Sandy who was going to inform Dr. Mass.
I love Dr. Mass, she’s professional & knowledgeable-I’ve happily been a patient of hers for years. The only thing I didn’t feel comfortable with was another person entered the room with Dr. Mass, she explained that she would sit oShow moreff to the side with the laptop as a “scribe”. But during my exam, she got up from her chair off to the side & stood by my feet staring at my exposed privates as the doctor completed her exam on me. I felt VERY uncomfortable with her actions & I don’t understand why she did that since it was explained to me that she was to sit off to the side as a scribe. I honestly felt very upset.

Perfect
it was very easy to make an appointment. Be online check-in is a bit laborious, but they all are nowadays. I am glad I did it because when I got to the office, I didn’t have to do any other paperwork. The office personnel are very efficient and very nice. my appointment was on time. I like Dr. mass and her staff. Dr. Mass went through all the other normal tests I need to do in the coming months. She was willing to answer any other questions. Also, there is a lot of good parking!

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Mass for many years. She is calming, thorough, listens, and covers everything. Sometimes you have to wait a bit, but she doesn’t rush, gives you all the time you need, and reviews what was discussed. Her office is bright, and she now can do Mammograms and Bone Destiny in her office, so you don’t have to wait forever to get an appointment. She is affiliated with Lake Forest/Northwestern even though many of my dr’s are with NorthShore/Endeavors!!!
Everyone is so friendly and caring. It is very convient to be able to get multiple things done in one location. I was able to have my yearly exam and mammogram done the same day .
I was very happy with my experience. After being told it would be a 4 month wait for a mammogram at the hospital, this clinic was able to get me in right away. They did the ultrasound and mammogram back to back and the radiologist reviewed all results with me immediately. They even had availability for my biopsy just 5 days later. Highly recommend this office.
My first visit with Dr. Mass, she took time to get to know me and what I needed. I left feeling very seen. Some doctors seem that they are just trying to get through as many people as possible.

Everyone was very welcoming and prompt. The equipment seems brand new and any discomfort was minimal. I would highly recommend your practice to everyone I know who has yearly screening.
