Karen Paster is a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adults across Colorado and Florida. Drawing from her background in business, family medicine, and psychiatry, Karen takes a balanced approach that combines medical expertise with genuine empathy and collaboration. She offers psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, and trauma-informed care, helping patients manage anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and sleep issues. Karen integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies into treatment, empowering patients to understand their symptoms and actively participate in their healing process.
