I’m from Pennsylvania and was visiting Utah for vacation when I found myself needing to see a dermatologist. I hadn’t been able to get an appointment with anyone back home, but I was incredibly lucky to find Dr. Collins. She was nShow moreot only able to see me, but she immediately started me on an immune suppressant that I desperately needed. She also went above and beyond by helping me get enrolled in a program to make the medication affordable. Dr. Collins is truly one in a million — compassionate, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to her patients. I am so grateful I found her when I did. If you are looking for a dermatologist who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile for you, I can’t recommend Dr. Collins highly enough.

Karen Stolman, MD, is board-certified and has been practicing dermatology since 2001. She offers high-quality care to patients at Park City Dermatology, located in Heber City and Park City, Utah.
Dr. Stolman graduated with honors from the NYU Grossman School of Medicine in New York. She then completed her internship in internal medicine at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, and her residency in dermatology at New York Medical College in Valhalla.
Dr. Stolman has seen adult and pediatric patients in both private practice and university clinics. She is a long-standing member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Stolman received advanced training in aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology, including lasers, Botox, and filler injections. She received the Circle of Excellence award from the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery for filler injection treatments.
Dr. Stolman has an MBA in health administration, is a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, and is a certified medical Spanish interpreter. She has published an informative book about everyday skin care for adults and teens titled 30 Day Skin Fix.
In her free time, Dr. Stolman loves being active and enjoying outdoor activities with her two boys.

Dr. Collins was very professional and efficient and friendly and explained everything super well. I would go to her or recommend people go to her in a heartbeat. She was terrific. So sorry she is leaving.
I got through it ok. The doctor was nice, she went over all my skin and explained everything that was going on. Sent me home with an RX for a crème to put on some areas of my face and forehead for some minor concerns. I feel pretty good knowing I am in good condition and being cared for. So far pretty good for my review.
Dr Collins is always very friendly and professional. She cares about her patients and does a great job taking care of their dermatology needs.

They treated me very well and were right on top of my personal issues (pacemaker). They were very informative and I was involved in the decision making process for my ailment. They were very professional and personal.
Dr. Collins was very efficient and interested. She listened to my multiple concerns, and addressed all of them. I think I would recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Took my 11 year old daughter in to have a clear mole on her face looked at and possibly removed that day. There was no mention of any topical numbing just a needle to inject the numbing medicine. I asked the nurse, “is there no topical numbing available?” She had no answer. The needle went in, It was obviously extremely painful and my daughter was begging for the nurse to stop, she kept crying, “please stop, I can’t do this, it burns so bad!” She and I waited in the room alone for the numbing to kick in, when the Dr returned I asked again why no topical numbing was offered. Her answer.. “I’m so sorry, I didn’t even think of that.” What?! You’re a physician, isn’t that part of your job and hopefully desire to make your patients as comfortable as possible?! You didn’t even think of topical numbing BEFORE you inject a needle into my daughter’s face?! I’ve had two moles removed at different times at two different dermatologists offices…both times I was given a topical numbing agent that took about 20-30 minutes to kick in. THEN they injected the needle. I did’t feel one ounce of pain. Either time. Very disappointed in the lack of concern for my sweet 11 year old daughter’s comfort.

Dr. Collins is truly exceptional. I originally came in for a specific skin concern, but during the visit, she went above and beyond by doing a full evaluation and even identified a few other issues I hadn’t noticed or come in for. That kind of thoroughness and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated.
This was our first time seeing Dr Collins. I felt like she listened to us and found a really good solution for my daughter.
