I've been going to Jarvis Family Medical since my teens. Never have I found a doctor more involved and willing to listen, with the whole team being friendly and efficient. Not only open to exploring both Western or Eastern medicine practices, functional with the individual's wishes, but very knowledgeable in both regards. They've taken great care of me and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The overall visit was excellent
I haven’t learned everyone’s names yet, but everyone has been incredibly nice and polite. Karla is the best nurse practitioner (NP) I have ever had. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, is very thorough, and ensures that I understand what is happening. I have never had a nurse practitioner contact me directly with results the way she does, and I feel like I’m more than just another patient to her.
