Let me start by saying the office staff are all so sweet and go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. I have never once felt uncomfortable around any of them. NOW, for Dr Nissan!!! I came back to Dr Nissan after a devatating experience at an Orange CA with a physiatrist who left me in debilitating pain. Dr Nissan is kind, patient, explains any procedure every step of the way, and checks every minute of thShow moreat procedure to make sure you are alright. The fact that he is an anesthesiologist is a HUGE advantage. AND, he makes sure you are safe, and has his staff keep an eye on you for at least 15 min. after a procedure, unlike past doctors who "drop-kicked" me out the door.

Dr. Nissan was very professional and let me know step by step what he was doing during the procedure, and the cortisone shot was not painful, and all the anxiety passed. I am no longer scared to get the cortisone shot in my lower back.

It took me some time to find Dr. Nissan through referrals. I waited about two weeks for a consultation appointment. Staff was very helpful and listened to my needs. Susan was helpful with my insurance. Dr. Nissan was genuinely caring and listened to my concerns and needs. Reviewed all my information and helped in a plan to achieve my level of pain and needs for healing. So thankful for my appointment today. More follow-ups in the near future. So glad I pushed to be my own advocate.
