Whether it's medications or a completely natural approach, we can find a plan that works for you. I specialize in integrative and mental health, because when it comes to "integrative medicine," I've found the missing piece to those mystery cases can often involve a patient's emotional health. We are all unique individuals with different stories and genetic make ups, and there is no "one size fits all" approach to treatment. I look at the whole picture and walk you through my thought process, give you options, and come up with a plan together that feels hopeful and...just makes sense. In my off time, I love spending time with my two littles, running, rock climbing, backpacking, downhill skiing, and doing just about everything outdoors in nature.
