Kathleen Jackson, LCSW

Kay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She works with children, young adults, individuals and families using an approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. Kay has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including both long-term and brief interventions. Kay's areas of expertise include: Addiction and substance use disorders Trauma Children and adolescents with behavioral and sexual issues Anxiety and depression Relationship challenges; couples and families Grief and loss Brief solution-focused interventions Cognitive Therapy Kay is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where she completed a degreee in Communications and Political Science. She then attended the University of Louisville where she completed her Masters' degree in Social Work with an emphasis in clinical work. Kay has extensive training in therapies addressing trauma and PTSD. She also has vast knowledge of addiction and substance use disorders.
