Well, it’s hard to work on yourself. She makes it very easy. A lot of things I didn’t even realize I was doing. She’s pointed out and helped me grow through. I’ve been working with Kathryn for about a year now. As an adult female Show morewith ADHD she is definitely the right fit, and it took me a very long time to find a therapist that I would continue to go back to.
Ms. Ellis is a spectacular therapist who has been a great help to me. Don't let her youth fool you, she is wise beyond her years.
