Kathryn Ruggiero, APN

Kate Ruggiero, FNP-C, provides comprehensive primary care for adults with a focus on preventive care, cardiometabolic health, and sustainable weight management. She has a special interest in managing high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, and supporting weight loss using evidence-based approaches, including GLP-1 medications when appropriate. Kate also enjoys helping patients with ADHD, anxiety, and sleep concerns as part of whole-person primary care. She takes a practical, patient-centered approach and works closely with patients to create realistic care plans that support long-term physical and mental health. She completed her Family Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Cincinnati and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Biomedical Marketing from Quinnipiac University. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, rock climbing, yoga, and spending time outdoors.
