My name is Katia Sylvestre, and my mission is to move you past the cycle of "just getting by" and into a state of balanced progression. When you sit down with me, we aren't just checking boxes on a symptom list. We are identifying the biological, emotional, and lifestyle barriers that are standing in your way—and we are dismantling them together, through lifestyle changes, therapy and judicial medication management when appropriate. My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, while results-oriented, and deeply integrative. I don't just look at your brain chemistry in a vacuum; I look at your sleep, your lifestyle, your history, and your goals.
