It was a good experience from the time I made an appt. & it carried thru to check out. Dr. Kaveh Besharat was very professional, kind, & actually listened to me & took time to explain any questions or concerns. His staff, especiaShow morelly Tia, was also very professional, helpful, caring, kind & patient with me. I would refer any family or friends to this office. My health issues the last few yrs. have been exceptionally frustrating, scary and difficult. I deal with serious chronic pain & limitations. I simply needed their knowledge, help & understanding. Instead, it's been scary & confusing dealing with various medical offices, doctors & staff. I wish I'd been treated with the same respect, common curtesy & care from other offices that I received from this one. Just a smile and/or looking at the patient goes a long way. I'm very relieved & grateful I found this office. They are there to help!
Dr. Besharat was excellent as always. The initial phlebotomist who attempted to draw my blood was a pleasant young woman who was completely incompetent. In the course of probably a hundred experiences in my nearly 76 Yrs. I have nShow moreever had a technician have any difficulty finding a vien for a blood draw. This person took at least 15 minutes trying to find a vien that satisfied her, then stuck me twice and failed twice before giving up and calling someone else in. That young woman located a satisfactory vein immediately and drew my blood with no difficulty. The first technician requires significant additional training.
Kaveh Besharat, MD, specializes in urology at Oceanside Urology LLC in Jupiter, Florida. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology and has extensive training and experience in the medical and surgical management of numerous urologic conditions.
Dr. Besharat received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine at Memphis and then completed his residency at the University of Miami.
He has a special interest in minimally invasive approaches to the treatment of enlarged prostate, kidney stones, as well as kidney, prostate, and bladder cancer. He also has experience with highly technical procedures, like robotic prostatectomies and robotic kidney surgery.
He is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and the Southeastern Section of the AUA. Dr. Besharat has practiced in the Jupiter area since 2013. I found the staff at the aNorth County Surgicenter very professional and quite friendly. They made my registration very simple and I felt comfortable with the information they provided. I met with Dr Basherat MD who explained the TURBT procedure in detail, and he provided me with various options depending on what he discovered during the surgery. I felt very comfortable with his direct answers and would recommend him and his staff to anyone needing urological care.
