All the staff are just the best- loving, caring, attentive, flexible and do much more. Kavita always spends quality time with her patients, listens, never judges, is kind, respectful and takes care of me. I have never not been able to get my prescriptions filled, never had long waits or never had any problems reaching her. There are not enough spaces to describe how awesome she and her staff are. I’m treated like family and receive the best care ever. They deserve more than just 5 stars!!

Absolutely amazing .. she does not brush her time with me but tried to figure out what my problems are and make sure I get the best treatment possible. I was going to optimum and felt rushed out like I was a package that was ready to get billed .. with her I feel like my life is in good hands ..

I don't really know if she is listening to me. I've been living with chronic pain since a surgery in 2010. I've seen specialist after specialist. She doesn't always send refills we go over or she doesn't respond to the pharmacy. She talks to her laptop so I feel unseen and unheard. She then referred me to a Rheumatologist. I've seen one before due to findings in my blood work. I got to this appointment and I didn't even have my intake finished on their tablet until the entire visit was over.
This was my last appointment with Dr Lohano. I’m moving to South Carolina next month and I will truly miss my doctor
