Kayla Alcantar

Kayla Alcantar, NP has joined my medical practice and will work out of my Lincoln office primarily but service all locations as needed. Kayla is a dedicated and passionate Nurse Practitioner with over 4 yearsof experience in the healthcare industry. Previously, Kayla had been working in various specialties as a nurse including Telemetry, Acute Stroke Unit and Neonatal ICU. She continued on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Samuel Merritt University in 2022. Throughout her career she has served a diverse group of patients from the smallest premature babies to patients on their final days.

Kayla is passionate about individualize health care and helping patients reach their health goals. She likes to work alongside her patients in a team approach while implementing evidence-based practice in order to help each patient achieve the best outcome. She has lived in the greater Sacramento area for the past five years with her husband and their two children. When she is not at work Kayla enjoys traveling, hiking, and exploring the beautiful landscape that surrounds Sacramento. She looks forward to continuing to serve this community and working alongside each patient that she gets the privilege to treat.
