You need to get rid of your intake form that is the most ridiculous long form for a patient to be checking in an urgent care. It took me 45+ minutes to fill this form out and I didn’t finish it completely. There is 80% of useless information that is requested on this form
Your intake form that you require a customer to fill out it’s extremely long and a waste of time you need to shorten that intake form to one or two pages. It’s ridiculous. How long that form is I was really in shock.
Ms. Kayla was AMAZING!!!! So patient and thorough with the examination and results. I’m so happy to have found Elite Urgent Care! It’s hard to find good healthcare & customer service in L V, well I hit the jackpot! The friendliness from The front staff and everyone I encountered was top notch. The rooms & lobby - perfection! Bonus- X-rays & labs on site.
Appt was made easily, I was seen on time and she explained everything well. Most importantly, the prescribed treatment seems to have worked.

Everyone that I had contact with did a great job. The paperwork that was to be filled out was a whole nother story. They sent a link to be filled out on your phone. After filling out twice, I couldn’t take a picture of my license. My brother tried filling it out, got to the picture part, it did the same thing. Got handed paperwork!! Just hand out the paperwork to begin with! I’m not feeling well & you expect me to fill out paperwork on my phone?!
I loved her level of concern and care for my 7-year old son who was having trouble breathing. Elite is now my go-to urgent care.
She was very patient and answered all the questions we had asked. I would recommend this urgent care from calling to check what they can provide us was smooth sailing til discharge.
