Everyone that I had contact with did a great job. The paperwork that was to be filled out was a whole nother story. They sent a link to be filled out on your phone. After filling out twice, I couldn’t take a picture of my license. My brother tried filling it out, got to the picture part, it did the same thing. Got handed paperwork!! Just hand out the paperwork to begin with! I’m not feeling well & you expect me to fill out paperwork on my phone?!
I loved her level of concern and care for my 7-year old son who was having trouble breathing. Elite is now my go-to urgent care.

Dr. Kayla Rexroad is a caring and kind PA. She is a great asset to your urgent care facility. Needing the medical care in the community is critical as it is hard to come by for what I am hearing and experiencing. I was out of town and needed to come here to get checked out with my injury. Thank God for your place. Hoping you guys can keep offering more here since Las Vegas lacks good health care. Thank you Dr. Kayla!
