My visit with Jacob today went smoothly and efficiently. The staff does an excellent job of accessing all areas of my health, including lab work and my vision and hearing. Jacob took his time answering all my questions and orderinShow moreg any tests that I will need before my next visit. He showed me all my test results and how they compaired to past results, to show trends. He also went over things I could do to improve my overall health.
I was recently in for my annual exam and had the pleasure of seeing Jacob at Crescent Beach Care. I highly recommend him! He takes the time to really listen and makes you feel heard and understood. On 9/9/25 I had a medical visit with K.Jacob Dohogne PA-C . He aced every qualification I have for a doctor. He has an attentive and compassionate manner that encourages you to share information freely. My problem was resolved during the visit and I left reassured and so grateful he was there for me! I was very ill with Covid when I missed my text to connect with him. He called me instead to make sure I was ok. He listened patiently to my symptoms even though I wasn't making sense. The meds he prescribed will make this much better.
Excellent patient service. Prompt, professional and courteous with a very personal touch. Comforting to have a personal relationship with your medical service provider and know you will always see a familiar face that knows your medical history when you have a health problem. Jacob was great to work with. My only complaint is that my appointment with Dr. Long is out several months and not acceptable to me.

I was reluctant to see a different practitioner at Crescent Beach Care because I usually see Dr Thor and Liz and they are both wonderful and I am comfortable with them. Because they weren’t available I agreed to see Jacob. I am glad I did! I was very comfortable with him. He was very thorough and I was very pleased with his care.
