Jacob has been my PA at Crescent Beach Care for many years. He reviews my lab results semi-annually and is knowledgeable about the subtleties of lab scores, explaining things in layperson's terms. He is responsive through the Patient Portal, which I prefer for simple questions, and he also makes himself available if the question is more complex. A dad of two youngsters, he appreciates the challenges of this grandma. I definitely recommend him. With the new location, he's even more accessible!
