Jacob has been my PA at Crescent Beach Care for many years. He reviews my lab results semi-annually and is knowledgeable about the subtleties of lab scores, explaining things in layperson's terms. He is responsive through the Show morePatient Portal, which I prefer for simple questions, and he also makes himself available if the question is more complex. A dad of two youngsters, he appreciates the challenges of this grandma. I definitely recommend him. With the new location, he's even more accessible!

Very proficient and professional. Takes time and gives excellent attention. He has seen my son multiple times and our experience was always pleasant, informative. We felt heard and well-taken care of.
