We’ve never had an issue with scheduling appointments, medication refill management and requests are always timely and accurate, the facility Show moreis always beyond clean and the entire staff is proud to be there as it shows in their level of competence. It’s rare to have such dedication to service during the short amount of time patients have with their healthcare providers in the clinical setting.

Very Professional and awesome office to work with!
I really appreciate how knowledgeable and caring Kelley is. She acted quickly to get me on the right medication/therapy for a very painful frozen shoulder and her quick intervention has made a big difference. Appointments with her never feel rushed and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a new PCM!

At 70, 4’10, 210 lbs on July 1, 2024, I was diagnosed w Osteoporosis & a Fall Risk. I tried to lose weight for years. Kelley gave me the help & encouragement. I weigh 138 & no longer have fears of falling. Thank you Kelley
