Nurse Kelley Hinely is incredibly caring and attentive. She went above and beyond to make sure my son was comfortable throughout his entire cryotherapy procedure. She took the time to explain exactly what was happening, which helped ease any concerns and make the experience much less stressful. We felt genuinely cared for and I was confident that my son was in excellent hands. I highly recommend Kelley!
