I just moved to Florence. I went in for an ear infection. I noticed immediately that I didn’t have to sit with patients who had an ailment causing fever as there is a “well waiting room” and a “sick waiting room”. I always hate goShow moreing to a Dr office for an ear infection and having to sit next to someone with the flu. I really appreciated that touch. As far as Kelly goes, that lady is absolutely amazing! She was very inquisitive; I really felt like she genuinely cared about my health! 2 thumbs up
I love her. She's hands on. Great bedside manner. Very professional and knowledgeable. She wants to know to get to the bottom of what brought you in. I no longer live in Florence but I trust her enough for the travel🥰
