I made a next day appointment easily online, and I was greeted kindly by staff in a clean and tidy office. The nurse who roomed me was kind, personable, and talented. Kelly, the nurse practitioner, listened to all of my concerns with great empathy and gave clear instructions and medical advice. I'm glad she is part of Menopause Society. Kelly Cole was, as always, very thorough, discussed every step & addressed ALL my questions & concerns. She put me totally at ease & shows genuine compassion for me as a patient, a 70 yr old woman and the continuing caregiver to my very young grandchildren.
