Dr. Gumbrecht is my favorite doctor I have been with her for the past 12 years. I have been with her through her journey of opening her own practice, even though the drive was longer for me, from where she was years ago, it is welShow morel worth it. We all know how uncomfortable our visits with our OB can be, not with Dr. Gumbrecht, she is so sweet and bubbly and makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of a competent, personable and caring OB, and I have recommended this practice to friends and family for years. Also, the office is ADORABLE and the staff is amazing, sweet and caring , just overall, a great comfortable environment!
Dr. Gumbrecht is an amazing doctor. From the minute you walk into the office you feel comfortable and not nervous to be at your obgyn visit. She has always had my best interest at heart and after 10 yrs she is like friend. My only complaint I have is, I didn't find her sooner. You won't be disappointed with this doctor office one bit. Kelly Gumbrecht, MD, is a board-certified OBGYN and advanced laparoscopic surgeon. She provides high-quality women’s health care at Beyond Women’s Care in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and has additional experience in beauty, cosmetic, and personal care.
My story starts from modest beginnings – I was the first to go to college in my family, to Wayne State University, and made my own way with the help and support of my family. I made my way to the island of St. Martin (yes, in the Caribbean) to begin my medical career at the American University of the Caribbean. This is where I truly developed my independence. I packed everything I owned into two bags of luggage and didn’t turn back for the next four years. I lived out of these suitcases and traveled to many different states and met so many great people on my adventures.
I completed my residency at Ascension St. John where I was co-chief resident with Dr. Murthy. We have been friends and colleagues ever since. I’m happy to share that she delivered my second daughter, Vivienne. I met Dr. Goulding at our last practice and our friendship has grown over the years. She educates me in so many different ways and love to cheer her on in this crazy game we call life! We are so excited to start this journey together at Beyond Women’s Care and we think our 3 personalities will make the best experience for our patients.
In my free time, I’m a mother of 2 lovely ladies named Audrey and Vivienne who are 5 and 6. I’ve been married for 9 years and really enjoy snow skiing, fashion, makeup, and fitness. I love to exercise for my sanity and if you place me in an Ulta or Sephora, I will not walk out without spending less then $100.

Dr. Gumbrecht is the best! We had something come up on our anatomy ultrasound and she walked through everything with us and took her time with us. Dr. Gumbrecht is excellent. Her staff is friendly and professional. She is working hard to create an experience for her patients, from the lighting, decor, and robe choices. It certainly wasn't like visiting just another sterile doctor's office. I would recommend her.

Ive always been able to get an appointment, they work with me when I got stuck in traffic the MAs are all friendly and the front office staff is top notch . I drive from south Macomb county to stay a patient there!!
