My experience was transformative. I walked into Dr. Carson’s office feeling like my days were numbered. Within two weeks of the UFE procedure, I felt like a new person. I felt like a person who could plan for the future. A person Show morewho could leave the house without an emergency kit. Dr. Carson and his staff gave me my life back and they did so in a warm and caring environment. I had mild pain for a few days, nothing like a myomectomy, and now I look like a person, not a pale ghost. I am grateful.
Dr. Carson and his staff were amazing! From scheduling and insurance approval to preparation and follow up care, communication and comfort were outstanding. They educated me and made sure I fully understood the process. The prep Show moreteam was A1. Nurse Ira checked on me before, throughout the process, and daily after my procedure. Dr Carson and his staff are very thorough with every detail. They talked to me politely and answered all my questions. They make themselves available if you have any concerns or needs. They are prompt with the appointments and very friendly people. They checked up on me the day after my procedure. I highly recommend them.

I️ had a great experience with Dr. Carson, the intake process is a little tedious and can get frustrating because it's mostly over the phone and not through a portal. Overall Dr. Carson and staff were very kind and great listeners. Would definitely recommend for at least a consultation if he and the procedure you are wanting is a great fit.

The entire staff—nurses, medical team, and Dr. Carson himself—were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive. They talked me through the entire process step by step, which meant so much to me since this was my first-ever procedure. I truly appreciated how much time they took to educate me and make sure I felt informed and comfortable.

My experience with Dr. Carson and his team has been excellent. The office responded quickly to my online appointment request and clearly explained the consultation process. Dr. Carson was thorough, informative, and helped me understand the next steps for screening. His staff has been professional, timely, and very supportive in coordinating paperwork and scans remotely. Overall, a very positive experience.

I had a great experience with this team except for the medical assistant or nurse that was there to put my IV in. He seemed very nervous and antsy and he got blood all al over the place and was stuck several times trying to find my vein. But everyone else was superb at what they did and very knowledgeable. Dr Carson himself gave me his pets number and the nurse in charge of my procedure and also called me to check in
Dr Carson was an excellent doctor. My procedure was smooth. At anytime I could reach him if I had any concerns.

Great customer service
Dr.Carson never check on me when I was complaining bout I was still hurting never follow on calling back for phone interview.The staff that work for him was excellent but he realling did me wrong,it's like he den even care..

Dr Carson is the best
My surgery was a success. The staff and Dr. Carson are very informative and compassionate to your wants and needs. On the road to recovery and even the beginning process they are with you and calling to check on you, providing any information you need. Even being in my own home they exhibit the bedside manner. I highly recommend their services. It has changed my life.

Dr Carson is a great provider to work with, he is extremely caring and supportive. He made himself available anytime if I had questions or concerns… After surgery him and his staff remained the same way. They called to check on me everyday thereafter, I give Dr Carson a 10 out of 10.. and will definitely be passing the word around.
