Keyvan Shirazi, MD

Dr. Keyvan Shirazi is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and the founder of Shiraz Medical Group, where he has been providing comprehensive adult primary care to the community for more than two decades. Known for his compassionate bedside manner, thorough approach, and dedication to personalized care, Dr. Shirazi is committed to helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness through preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and evidence-based treatment.

Dr. Shirazi completed his Internal Medicine residency training at MCP Hahnemann University and earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine. He also studied Health Science at the University of Nevada, Reno. He has been board certified in Internal Medicine since 2002 and holds certifications including DEA and ECFMG credentials.

Since opening Shiraz Medical Group in 2003, Dr. Shirazi has built a reputation for delivering attentive, patient-centered care while managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. In addition to his private practice, he has served in numerous leadership and medical director roles throughout Southern California, including Medical Director positions at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center, Lake Balboa Care Center, and The Center at Park West. He has also been actively involved with peer review, case management, hospital medicine, hospice care, and skilled nursing facility care throughout his career.

Dr. Shirazi also provides medical care and physician services at several skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities, including Los Angeles Jewish Health, Lake Balboa Care Center, and Tarzana Health and Rehabilitation Center, where he remains dedicated to improving the health, comfort, and quality of life of his patients.

He is fluent in English, Farsi, and Hebrew, allowing him to connect with and care for patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
