Kimberley Settineri, MS, PA-C

I'm a dedicated phycisian assistant with a strong foundation in medical education and clinical experience. My passion is helping people understand thier health, encorage people to take responsibility for their outcomes and work toward health through a holistic view with an emphasis on the foundation of good sleep, movement, and eating real food while acknowledging mental, emotional, spiritual influences over our physical health. 

I graduated from A.T.Still University, ASHA in 2010. My career as taken me across diverse healthcare settings. Early on, I had the privilege of working in Phoenix, AZ, in pediatric General Surgery then Blood and Marrow Translant at Mayo Clinic. Then, I married and moved to San Diego, where I spent five years honing my skills in complex care. This experience deepened my understanding of the vital importance of comprehensive, patient centered care. For the next four years, I truly gained autonomy while taking care of a rural community in the only trauma center for hundreds of miles at St. Joseph in Eureka, California. In summer 2023, I moved to lovely Morehead City with my husband and young children to be closer to family, which is my main priority. We enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, and sharing home cooked meals together. Im grateful to be a part of the Beachcare team taking care of this amazing community.
