Mrs. Kimberly D. Dixon hails from Elberon, Virginia, located in Surry County. She is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor, Resident in Counseling (LPC-R) under the supervision of Dr. Jacqueline Hill, LPC. Kimberly has experience working as both a Group Facilitator and an Outpatient Therapist. Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Norfolk State University in 2013. She later obtained her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling in 2017. She is a strong advocate for individuals navigating mental health challenges, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and peer support, as well as supporting individuals with disabilities. Kimberly works with individuals across the lifespan, assisting with life stressors related to child development, adolescence, and early, middle, and late adulthood. She believes that growth and learning are lifelong processes and that everyone has the capacity to evolve.
