Kim herself is warm, proactive, and caring! It's been a little difficult the last few months with her office going through multiple transitions, but I'm confident it's back on track. Just amazing. My entire life felt wrong. Felt like there was something wrong with me. I thought it was just me. I had been to various other psychiatrists. Kimberly Hahn is a great doctor, the four stars are for her. My only complaint is with the Tebra Portal software. I am unable to access the health portal for Kimberly Hahn because I have an old portal account with a doctor I no longer use. The fact that Tebra uses email as a primary patient identifier prevents patients from establishing accounts with more than one doctor or changing doctors without involving the previous doctor. I was a software engineer for 25 years, I could fix this easily.
