Bringing enthusiasm and compassion into each session, I strive to provide each person with an individualized experience geared towards reaching their goals and improving their overall well-being. I value the therapist-client relationship and create a supportive and loving environment. I love working with young adults (16+) and adults who have/are experiencing trauma, anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and difficulty controlling anger. I am trained in multiple levels of Brainspotting: a technique that aims to give you the power in conquering life-stressors and trauma. Clients’ report feeling less PTSD symptoms, increased self-esteem, and a deeper connection with their ‘self.’ I hold a MA in Educational and Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota. In addition to Brainspotting, I utilize a range of evidenced-based techniques to help you build confidence and develop effective coping strategies.
