Kiran Nangrani, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN specializing in all aspects of women’s health care at Women’s Health Services. With more than 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Nangrani outstanding medical care to women of all ages in the communities of Arlington and Grand Prairie, Texas.
Dr. Nangrani treats each patient with warmth and respect and spends time answering questions and addressing concerns. Women at all stages of life trust her to deliver exceptional health services, including routine gynecology, pregnancy care, menopause management, and treatment for a range of conditions including uterine fibroids, uterine descensus, abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and more.
A Texas native who grew up in Arlington, Dr. Nangrani received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She earned her medical degree from the University of North Texas in Fort Worth, Texas, and completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, also in Texas.
Dr. Nangrani is a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and she is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys spending family time with her husband, Manesh, and their three daughters.

doctor did not review my meds, barely touched me. almost felt like a number to be probed and assessed and sent on my way. I declined doing the labs usually done by a PCP and the doctor did not offer usual OBGN labs performed in office. highly disappointed.

Dr. BG took time to really talk to me. She listened and talked me through all of the options. It’s hard to fine a doctor that is patient and takes time with you.

I had to reschedule my appointment and actually the only way to schedule was through the website. I kept getting text messsges about scheduling, but following that link led to a site where there were never any dates available. It took me a year to schedule an appointment.
My appointment with Dr. Brasher-Gilles couldn’t have been easier. It was quick but she also took time to answer questions I had. Warm & friendly staff as well.
First time meeting Dr. Kuriakose, pretty late into pregnancy (had to switch care providers). It was a quick meeting, but we felt valued and heard as a patient and very comfortable with everyone who handled us from check in to check out. Super excited to finish out this pregnancy with them! Day and night experience so far in comparison to my previous care provider is was seeing.
My concern was addressed and able to share plan of care.

I really was made so comfortable at this office. From the time I walked in and was greeted at the desk the staff was very kind and friendly and respectful. I really liked Dr. Brasher-Giles as a person and a professional . I am a very senior citizen but she made me feel very comfortable. Was very respectful and kind and answered any questions I had. Never once dismissed me as a senior citizen and neither did the other young people do that. I am so glad I found this practice!!
I would recommend anyone going through child birth, or women health problems with Dr. Maya! She is amazing!!
