I am very satisfied with my interactions with Dr. Tjalas. After trying to contact my local office to schedule an appointment, the phone call was rerouted to Dr. Tjalas. He kindly explained that while the office I was trying to reaShow morech was no longer open, he would be happy to help me. Dr. Tjalas was able to have a telemedicine check up with me right there and then. I have heard horror stories of patients unable to contact or set up appointments with their doctors, and this is not the case with Dr. Tjalas. He is responsive to all messages, punctual, courteous, and compassionate about his work. I am beyond pleased with my experience in working with him.

Feel comfortable talking and sharing information with physician because she remains professional while being personable. Being approachable is key in patient care. Staff very polite and courteous.
