Kirsten Gardner, PMHNP

Kirsten is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With a background in nutrition and a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, she integrates overall wellness into mental health practice. Kirsten previously provided higher-level care for adolescents in the Intensive Outpatient Program at MyMichigan Midland before finding her home at Serenity Bay Health. Utilizing advanced training from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she is deeply passionate about empowering individuals across the lifespan to uncover the practical skills and resilience to achieve long-term mental wellness.
