I really like Dr. Cunningham because she has such a sweet personality and is very caring. The nurses that I’ve met have always been pleasant also. However, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. Of the 3 times I have viShow moresited this office, upon entering, the receptionist would look at me and go back to whatever she was doing, then finally acknowledge me some moments later. It’s very awkward, because I’m just standing there. . This has been with 3 different receptionists. My husband also noted this the first time we visited. As a healthcare professional myself, who deals with the public, I know we can be very busy, but we aren’t so busy that we can’t say, “I’ll be with you in just a moment”. I would just hope that this will be addressed, because I wouldn’t want someone to base their experience off of the receptionist, as opposed to the excellent practice of Dr. Cunningham.

Trying to to get a response about refills for prescriptions or questions answered can take days and is very frustrating. Finally, I understand that the practice is a business and therefore trying to make money but a dollar for a face mask? Why not send patients a message when they're sent appointment reminders asking them to bring a face mask to their office visit. I could have easily brought one of my own from the box that cost me $5.

Dr. Cunningham is very professional and caring of her patients
Awesome treatment from everyone there from the Lady at the Phone to the Nurse, PA and especially Dr. Cunningham. They made me feel very welcome and relaxed especially since I'm a guy going to a OB-GYN. Dr Cunningham does so much more with health care and helps to treat many issues. She is treating me for testosteronal issues and lack of energy.

I have been coming to Dr Cunningham for years. She is always professional, friendly staff, clean office, and PROMPT. I’m a real stickler on my time and they haven’t missed the mark.
Dr. Cunningham is wonderful at explaining any question you have. She patiently listens to your needs and devises a plan.
