As a walk-in patient, there was a very short waiting period. The forms were easy to complete. Klancie was very personable and professional. She listened to the reason and symptoms why I was there. Her diagnosis was reasonable and Show morethe medications prescribed were discussed prior to the process of filing them with a pharmacy. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone not feeling well to stop by and see Klancie Smith for treatment.
Dr. Klancie is always so caring, thoughtful and concerned about my health. She takes the time too understand my situation no matter how busy she is. Text the office is clean. It’s well located with good parking. I was seen quickly. I did not have to have an appointment. My wait time was not excessive and I was not in the back waiting for the care and excessive length of time. The doctor was very attentive and thorough. I was very pleased and I will go back.

Got right in. Was a great experience
Very professional environment but what blew me away was the speed of service. I was in, checked out, and had a diagnosis and discharge in less than 20 min. Definitely faster and more attentive than the other urgent cares I’ve been to. Will be coming back and referring friends and family for all urgent care needs.
