Klaudia Darlak is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in women’s health, pediatrics, endocrinology, and medical aesthetics. She brings extensive experience as a registered nurse and advanced practice provider, with a focus on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across the lifespan.

Klaudia earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Northern Kentucky University (anticipated August 2024), following her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from the National University of Health and Science.

Her clinical experience includes positions at Northwest Community Hospital, where she worked in both Women & Infants and Medical-Surgical float units, and at Academic Endocrinology, supporting pediatric and adult patients. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has served patients in pediatrics, neonatology, and medical aesthetics.

She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (FNP-BC) and holds active APRN and RN licenses in Illinois. Klaudia is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation. Fluent in both English and Polish, she is passionate about culturally sensitive care and empowering patients through education and wellness.
