My two year old daughter and I came in for a suspected UTI. After calling Kaiser they had advised me that they would have to insert a catheter to obtain a urine specimen and refused a clean catch. I refused and went to Apple urgenShow moret care and Dr.Galli was not only fast but obtained a specimen using a cup instead of an invasive catheter. She was quick and informative and I am extremely grateful that she listened to me.

I had the pleasure of meeting doctor Kokoe, because my mother had bronchitis, she treated great and gave my mother all the attention and care she needed, I’ve never been to a urgent care where they give you a breathing treatment or a pill for high blood pressure. That was awesome, doctor icheched her 2 times to make sure her BP was normal. She is wonderful and I recommend her to anyone . She’s an angel. God Bless All

Kokoe G. was the best provider I have seen. She saw me more than a patient. After trying to advocate about my back pain and crying in frustration to other providers she heard my pleas and concerns and expressed her willingness to help me out in order to get better. Her ability to provide me options based on my circumstance instead of dictating them alone made me feel like she understood. Her empathy, care, and knowledge to educate patients on their body and resources was phenomenal!
