Kristen is the first person to make therapy feel like worth it! She tailors her care to your specific needs and genuinely shows she wants to help you. I appreciate her and would 100% recommend as she cares for her practice's. I am actually making progress in healing.

I truly cannot say enough about my therapist. From the very beginning, she met me exactly where I was, without judgment, and guided me to where I am today, finally accepting myself and growing in a healthy, positive direction. She works closely with my psychiatrist to make sure my treatment is as effective as possible, and she listens like no one’s business. I always feel heard, understood, and supported. I would see her for the rest of my life if I could. She is simply the best.
