First time ever going for acupuncture and cupping… Kristen is great! She explained everything to me and took time to get to know me and the injuries I’m experiencing. Very relaxing and it’s definitely been helping my shoulder and neck pain. I’ve been to 4 sessions in 2 weeks so far and wish I would’ve started going sooner!
